Race-Training Camps

2 Race-Training camps to get yourself ready for the end of year big Classics.

Riding on local Inverell roads, the training will be in a large group for that race feel and speed. On Saturday after noon there will be a interclub race with ICNT with prize money. 40km graded scratch races.

Scott has planned a training schedule to help everyone progress in their build up towards the end of season races and those who have their sights on the Grafton to Inverell Classic October 22nd or the G2I Sportive on October 15th.

Scott will brief you on the days training consisting of intervals and exercises. The intervals and exercises are in a group but at your own individual levels.

Scott will also explain to you why and how you will improve and the benifits you will take home from the weekends training as you prepare for your next weeks training and racing.

Scott will personally be following and supervising/monitoring the rides. Everyone can take part in interval training and exercises individually and in groups like the pre race season camps the pro’s complete to be ready for their big races.
