- Power- or heart rate-based training program
- Personalized power and heart rate training zones
- Training designed and displayed in a 1-week format
- Coach review of power/heart rate downloads
- Feedback provided every week by e-mail or sms
- One review phone call every 14 days (coach-initiated)
- Diet/nutrition advice training and racing.
- Competition goal setting
- Initial consultation session
Level IV
- Power- or heart rate-based training program
- Personalized power and heart rate training zones
- Training designed and displayed in a 1-week format
- Weekly coach review of power/heart rate downloads
- Feedback provided by e-mail or sms
- Diet /nutrition advice for training and racing
- Competition goal setting.
- Race tactics advice.
- Pre-competition tapering and warm-up protocol ITT
- 4 athlete initiated phone calls
- One review phone call each week (coach initiated)
- 1 hour initial consultation
NOTE: All athletes can sms or e-mail at anytime – if they have signs of injury, illness or over-fatigue.
Level V
This is a day with Scott ONE on ONE. Scott will ride with you out on the road showing you the do’s and do nots of riding and racing.
Scott will monitor your riding style and offer changes and hints on how to improve your climbing, sprinting, time trialling and you position for aerodynamics.
